The ultimate comfort lunch. Two juicy, flame-grilled beef patties layered with melted cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and signature burger sauce inside a toasted sesame brioche bun.
Ingredients for Double Cheeseburger
- 2 premium beef patties (150g each)
- 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 brioche sesame bun
- 1 tomato, sliced
- A few crisp green lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons house burger sauce
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat. Season the beef patties generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sear the patties for 3 minutes on the first side to get a deep, flavorful crust. Flip them over.
- Immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty right after flipping. Cover the skillet for 1-2 minutes to let the cheese melt completely while the burger finishes cooking.
- Lightly butter the cut sides of the brioche bun and toast them on the skillet until golden brown and warm.
- Assemble the burger: Spread the house burger sauce on the bottom bun, layer the crisp lettuce and tomato slices, then stack the two cheesy beef patties on top.
- Spread a bit more sauce on the top bun, close the burger, press down gently, and serve hot immediately.
